Although I generally consider gimballing on stoves to be a Good Idea, I
spent a good year or two trying to figure out where to install an oven
on Candy Cane, before settling on the location of the icebox, and
building a new fridge around the sink and related plumbing on the other
side of the galley. That said, I'd placed a pretty high priority on
keeping both of the settees in the saloon usable as bunks (and a lower
priority on keeping the wet locker). I can send you pictures if you're
interested.
Cheers,
Kris

I like the idea of the composting head and the electric engine. I also want to upgrade the galley to include a gimballed stove with oven, a cabin heater, a shower in the head and probably a water maker and water heater. Have you installed or considered any of those systems?

We have zero experience with systems found on larger boats like the A30, so our refit plans are based purely on dreams and speculation. We would love to hear from someone who has experienced both sides of the coin.
