Matt, if you are in Seattle, there is an outside chance I can make you a new sheeve, depending on what material is available on short notice.  fiber or Delrin can turned down in my lathe with out any effort. I have some tooling that can turn the sheeve end is that what it is called???  Where the rope lays...  As I remember the original fiber shelves were 6" diameter, the new synthetic OTC rope shelves I put on my new masthead are small, maybe 3" diameter with a small bronze bushing pressed through the center axle. No bid deal...

Contact me off line if you get into a bind and can't find a replacement.
