Hello
I'm considering putting a hatch in my cockpit floor for better engine access. Has anyone done this and if so any recommendations on the brand/type hatch used and any install notes or gotchas?

Somehow, Lin Gin managed to insert swage eyes in the slot in the masthead casting. Probably, ground down a touch as Glenn was sugesting earlier. I will use machined flat bar stainless to attach to the pins and extend outward then add a toggle to attach sta-loc eyes maybe overkill but should work.

> Not sure how to post a photo but if you look at the 2013 Nood regatta (Annapolis, MD) video posted on youtube right at the start you get a good shot of the masthead casting with pins for forestay and backstay. ?Somehow, Lin Gin managed to insert swage eyes in the slot in the masthead casting. ?Probably, ground down a touch as Glenn was sugesting earlier. ?I will use machined flat bar stainless to attach to the pins and extend outward then add a toggle to attach sta-loc eyes maybe overkill but should work.
