Hi Michael,

Yes, in fact, I've done it singlehanded without an auto-pilot...the first time I tried it I accidentally did an "inside" jibe, stuffing it just ahead of the rolled up jib.  With a little more breeze, an "outside" works OK. You need to have very long sheets for the "outside" as the clew needs to "flap out in front like a flag" then you turn and haul in the new active sheet.

Easier with more people.
