Thank you, John.

The Kilz has held up well over the last 12 years, since being painted in
2004.
12 years is a LOT to ask of a paint job.  There is currently a bit of mold
growing
on the overhead, that is the fault of the current owner.  The son of a gun
did a
deep cleaning of the salon, hanging locker, and head but never got to the
v-berth.
I'd say he needs to work more and sail less, but he'd keelhaul me!

After 12 years its not surprising that the mold killing properties of Kilz
should be
less effective than in the past.   Looking to get the woodworking done this
winter
and then paint once the weather warms up.
