[Public-List] Replacing a mast step

I had a new one made from aluminum.  The machine shop machined the center
of the old one,part that goes into the mast and welded it into the new
plate. Fairly easy and almost factory looking.

I believe stainless with the mast being aluminum is not a good idea.
