[Public-List] Strengthening Soft Bulkheads.

One thing I've learned over the years having built several hulls using the "tack and tape" or "stitch and glue" method is you MUST saturate the "end grain" of plywood with unthickened epoxy or you WILL have glue-starved areas. Even the surface should be well saturated so you end up with a high-quality lay-up that's not epoxy starved. Read up on some of the Gougeon's epoxy books, good stuff!
