Google: Cable Clam trough deck connectors. I like the natural nylon colored ones. Lots of folks sell them so shop around. The rubber donut which is the seal allows for a large enough hole for the cable connector to pass through the deck clam.

After a couple of years of trying to get the deck connectors clean and 
working I gave up and am putting the mast wires through the deck and 
connecting in the vberth.  What type through deck fittings have A-30 owners 
(for that matter any sailboat ) used that both seal the deck and will be 
removable when I step the mast.
