[Public-List] Heating and and icebox

With the weather becoming colder, there are two projects I want to work on, and would love some specific advice on. After a couple trips over the summer I have realized this ice box just isn't going to work out. Would anyone be willing to grab a beer and talk about what they did, and give me some actionable advice?

Also, I am not taking the boat out this winter and plan to use it in the cold months if I get a nice day and have been really thinking about looking for one of those solid fuel cabin heaters.  Would anyone care to comment on their experiences; Such as temps you would be willing to sleep out, relax in the cabin and what other alternatives to that route?
