[Public-List] Spreader ties

Spreader tips normally have seizing wire wrapped so that the tips set on the shrouds in a fixed location.  Photo attached reveals what I found underneath the chafe guards.

Yet, the tip of the spreader does not seem to have anything but a screw through the end to which one might attach the wire.  Anyone comment on their's to provide any tips for how they wrapped and tied-to?
