[Public-List] Hurth transmission--hot or cold for changing/checking oil?

Randy,
I have a universal M4-30 in my Alberg 30 and have the same issue reading
the dip stick for the transmission. To solve this, I use a small diameter
wooden dowel to measure the level. The transmission oil shows up well on
the wood.
