[Public-List] Boarding ladder

Here are photos of my ladder, which I made from stainless steel square
tubing, teak (purchased) and mahogany (found).

The brackets are from a telescoping ladder I found broken in the metal
recycling bin. I've seen several copies of that ladder in the bin. I don't
recommend it.

My ladder on the other hand is an object of beauty and strength. It was
better looking before the wood want grey.

However it was a pain to make: stainless steel is terrible stuff to work
with. And expensive. Just before I decided to make somebody threw out a
bunch of 1 inch stantions that would have been perfect. And free. But I
didn't grab them.
