You may find it easier to rip the Delrin with a band saw than a table 
saw. You can put a fence on each side of the blade (clamp on pieces of 
wood, if necessary) and run it through. The band saw will tug at the 
work piece less than a table saw. Also, taking a quarter inch off with a 
blade that has a eighth inch kerf is a little difficult. The remaining 
eighth inch is likely to break off in chunks as you're cutting.
