[Public-List] Garboard drains

I measured the garboard drain on A30 #123 down at the marine down the
street from me. It is 12" center of hole to bottom of keel.  27" center of
hole to back of keel on a line parallel with bottom of keel. Inside it is
about 1" or less above the ballast. Hope this helps.
