We have been running electric since 2012. Can't tell you the prop rpm. We
run a 13×12 3 blade prop with 3:1 gearing.
I can tell you that 5 knots will be pulling 95 amps at 48 volts. At 3 knots
only 20 amps at 48 volts. Electric is great but to get range you need to
slow down.
Not sure if you know this but a 200 amp hour agm pack will only give you
about 20 minutes pulling 100 amps out of it due to pucket effect. Lithium
is rated differently and would actually give you 2 hours for the same rated
pack.
I know this is not a direct answer to your question but just to give you an
idea what is possible.
