John, Gord's assessment is excellent, you may want to check out System 3
Quick Fair epoxy fairing compound. It is 2 part and great for underwater
i.e. blisters etc. What I like is that it is thick and is 1 part to 2 parts
plus or minus 20% so it is hard to screw up the mix.
