I replaced mine by edge glueing two pieces of 1x6 teak using dowels. I used
old taffrail as template for curve. Since the liner overlaps the hull at
stern I had to trim off excess liner so it was even across top of transom.
I then got a measurement of distance from liner to outside edge of hull and
distance from top of taffrail to top of transom. I then epoxied another
piece of teak to bottom of curved piece. Once it setup I sanded outside
flush and dry fit it. Then I bedded it down with interlux bedding compound
and screws. When I hauled out I used a little boat life caulk around
outside sea.m
