Stephen,

Take a look at 
http://www.alberg30.org/maintenance/Steering/Rudder-Quasar/ and tell me 
what you think. There were some photos that weren't referenced in the 
HTML, so I added them to the bottom of the page in case they are 
helpfulto someone.
