For the cabinets and bulkheads, I just use lemon oil to keep the mold at bay. In the PNW, it needs to be applied at least every 2 years, sometimes once a year. For the floorboards, I used System Three WR-LPU two part polyurethane once about five years ago. I might need to use it again in another five years. But it's pretty durable. SG
