[Public-List] Gooseneck Replacement

I had mine pull out half of the screws on a screaming reach.  I drilled and
tapped up one size and put it back on. It came off again ( maybe due to the
hard-sailing Canadians on my boat at the time :-) ). I lost my trust in
stainless steel tapped into old aluminum, and decided to through-bolt it .
  Not simple or easy but it got done. My procedure is documented in the
Alberg 30 Maintenance Manual.
