[Public-List] [EXTERNAL] boom height for doger

FWIW,  years ago I fixed the gooseneck of the boom to the highest position
on the boom and to adjust luff tension installed a 4 part purchase
cunningham. I never liked having to agjust by sliding the boom up and down.
The boom sits level with the deck.  I get goog performance with this
arrangement.  The boom easily clears the dodger with making any adjustments.
