I use teak oil. Leaves the non-skid nature intact, it's easy to apply:
no prep, no need to mask, just rubs on with a cloth or even
a paper shop towel, takes about 5 minutes (10 if you also
do the lazerette hatch and the main hatch cover), only requires
one coat (maybe two for the first time). Downside is you
need to do it every 3 months. I usually do it after a sail.
Pour a bit on the wood, rub it in, cleanup the edges with a new
cloth.
