[Public-List] Seeking safety advice - replacing bulkheads while on the hard

Robert,
Nothing is likely to happen. If you remove one bulkhead at a time.  I would consider placing a padded 4" wide ratchet strap entirely around the hull where you are working. Tighten just enough to hold the strap in place.  Select a place of origin inside the boat and place tick marks with measurements you can refer to as you go. This way if the hull changes shape in reference to the centerline of the coach roof you will know.
If you have a liner boat this process will be more tricky.
