[Public-List] Twist lock eyelet hole cutter

Trying to finish my mainsail cover. Does anyone in the DC Metro area have a
twist lock eyelet hole cutter I could borrow? I know it’s possible to cut
the slits and holes without it, but having done that once, it’d be much
easier with the proper tool.
