[Public-List] Nut splitters

The Dremel tool or some such is another plausible solution to this stubborn  situation. David mentioned a photograph of the location of said nut in question. I only know he can not get the nut to budge. I suggested what he might do to get the nut off and salvage the bolt. But if the bolt can be sacrificed, and easliy replaced after disassembly, then more options come into play. What say you David?
