Hi George, 

Well as ‘Dr Paint’ for Epifanes, my advice would be that the temperature won’t matter quite so much when applying enamel as the direct sunlight which may go with it.  If you can arrange shade, you won’t have any problems.

I further recommend that you have a cold beer when you complete the job.  That will help a lot.
