Hi Gordon,
You obviously appproach this issue from the automotive side!!!! If you want to
read a great sailing book, get your hands on an old copy of The Grand Gesture,
by I think, Vaughn. It chronicles that '74 cup race, and Ted Turner. Very well
written. Of course, the best Americas Cup book is Born to Win, by John
Bertrand. real page turner. they both show up all the time in used book stores
that carry sailing books.
