I have a 5411 Universal which claims 11hp @ 3000rpm. However with a new 3 
blade prop ,13x7, I can only turn about 2100 which starts the boat diggin in. 
At 1700 I can hold 5.7kts in a flat sea, things start down as the sea goes 
up, but at about a pint an hr. I can live with it. (Read George) As I start 
from Castine Me. to Fla. we will see how well it deals with some of the 
longer pieces of the waterway. (I'm in Nyack NY now where I replaced the 2 
blade 12x9 and cleaned the bottom). Leaving in a week or so.
