I just purchased a new roller furling  90% jib from Rolly Tasker Sails in Thailand.  The sail was $490 and shipping via DHL was $160.  The work was excellent and the materials were all US.  Just do an internet search for Rolly Tasker Sails and you will find US based dealers as well as the loft itself in Thailand.  Mike Tasker, an Aussie, runs the show in Thailand.
