[Alberg30] Bosuns Chair

My boat partner weighs about 190 and it gets me breathing to get him to 
the top of the mast on the main halyard using the little mast winch. 
Without someone to tail, it's dangerous. Especially since you have to 
snug up the safety.

If you have the line, go to the main winch. If  you have a safety that 
you constantly tighten (jib halyard), I would think the main halyard 
would be okay.
