what sort of prep is needed? Anything beyond sanding, filling imperfections in the surface and seeing that the surface is clean and degreased?

I have used Benjamin Moore oil-based semi-gloss color 1044 with good
success. Do NOT use latex or any water-based paint.

Subject: [Public-list] Interior paint

Speaking of interior paint, what paint would be best to paint the
interior? When the interior of my boat was painted last, the head and
the V berth were not done and look rather tired and ratty. I would like
to redo them this spring so the whole interior looks good.

Any help would be much appreciated.
