[Public-list] Interior paint

A palm sander, with 36 grit. Believe it or nto, you will not damage the 
interior gelcoat. It will be like it is snowing inside the boat, but you'll 
get most of the paint off. Then to the regular prep the oil-based paint.

Okay, what if the lasty guy used latex paint, then what do you do?  My 
interior was last painted (many years ago) with what feels like latex paint, 
& it is getting pretty rough.  I also have the brown "drips" metioned 
previously.  Any suggestions on where to start?
