[Public-list] crack in keel

I had something like this on #497 when I owned her. I drilled several holes
into the hull in the area of the cavity, forward end of the keel. Let it sit
over the winter to drain. In the spring, I started injecting West System
epoxy, and filled as much of the cavity as I had epoxy handy. Then I filled
all the holes with thickened epoxy, let it set,  glassed over the area, and
faired it out. It was the end of that anoying drip.
