Tom,

I used Interlux with Teflon on the interior, it has been since 98 without
any issues, Actually I washed the cabin this afternoon any mildew came off
and it looks great.

Need direction:
 
Last season we repainted the interior of the cabin with a basic marine  
quality white paint.
 
This year every inch of it was peeling. I have sanded down the paint and  
come to an almost fiberboard like substance that seems to retain moisture.
 
Has anyone a suggestion how to prepare this surface and what product to use

to get a good hold by the paint ?
