Alan et al --

I spent the money this spring for slab reefing -- two sets of reef points and associated cheek
blocks on boom.  I made the changeover, as it is so much quicker to drop the main down to the first
or second reef, and so long as the sailmaker places the cringle in the right spot on the leech,
there should be no problem with battens interfering or pockets tearing.
