Dave,
I don't think that I could even reach 2000 RPM while under way. I think my
maximum RPM is about 1800, and that is slightly higher than when I had the
two blade prop installed. I cruise at 5 knots at 1200 RPM and 6 knots at
around 1500 RPM. That's as close to hull speed as I like to run comfortably.
The weather on the west coast is like spring these days, and  I'll soon go
for a spin and get a better evaluation. If you have a bit of time I can get
back to you later with full range speed curve.
