I'm not sure exactly what you're looking for, but there is a store in
Newport called the Armchair Sailor that carries navigational
paraphernalia and has very helpful folks, at least one of which lives
down in the islands half of the year (she was very helpful when we were
planning a trip to the Grenadines).  I found their phone number on the
internet (so it may not be current) at (401) 847-4252.
