[Public-list] inverter

I use a 125W small inverter that plugs into a cigarette lighter to run my
TV, boom bx and laptop. I think they are about $60. What are you planning to
operate with a 1000W inverter? Do plan to have a microwave oven?

I am trying to decide between a Xantrex 1000W and 1800W.

I have not figured it out yet. They retail at West Marine for $250 and $350
respectively.
