Do you mean the fitting that you screw into the inboard end of the 
seacock that transitions to the hose? (Pipe-to-hose fittting.)  This is 
male NPT threaded on the seacock end and hose-barbed on the other end, 
if it's what I'm thinking of.  If so, they're made in bronze by a 
number of manufacturers, such as Groco, Perko, Conbraco, etc.

Or is it some other fitting?
