[Public-List] Mast Beam Variation

How about sandwiching the AL plate in side the beam  if you are going  
to remove it.  Relaminating is just setting your self up for a future  
failure. It is a weak design.  The AL plate is a permanent fix.    
Sometimes they go slowly sometimes suddenly
