[Public-List] Inner Forestay Attachment Location

Thanks everyone for the suggestions.  I'm looking now at taking the attachment a little closer to the bow.  With all the work involved I think I want the outcomes to be a little certain even if it is more work putting in new re-inforcement for the pad eye (rather than the bulkhead)
