[Public-List] Alberg 22

Well now that the dam has been broken...

Be very careful about the decks.  There are two Alberg 22's that have  
been abandoned here in southern Georgian Bay due to what seems to be  
nearly complete water saturation in the deck cores.  I don't know what  
the cause was but I have never seen such uniformly soft deck surfaces.
