If you are switching from Swaged fittings to Norseman I suggest taking
the lengths from the old shrouds as a general length - rounding
up.
In connecting them to the mast I would suggest (after having
done 2 A30s this way & not getting it just right) hanging the upper
shrouds and draping them down - standing the mast up & in place with
an Aframe or gin pole. Then measuring & cutting & connecting the
bottoms or lower fittings. this way you will have the exactly correct
lengths. 
Reason for this is that strange things seem to happen
between the time you take the old shrouds off & the time the new ones
hold the mast up.
