The whole Ice box arrangement on the pre liner boat is pretty sketchy.
Insulation is just bad. Mine was a single piece of pink panther stuff that
had become completely water saturated.
I reconfigured to a chest type.
It sure was nice to reach in from the cockpit to grab a cold one though. At
least for the day and a half the ice held up.
