If you are in Cleveland you might try this guy.  Rayco Canvas out of Hartville, OH near Akron.  I know he does a lot work in Sandusky and Port Clinton, OH.  His prices are not cheap but the workmanship and quality is excellent. He custom makes them to fit the boat at the job site.  Has a big van with everything on it and does the work right there.  We had a dodger put on our Alberg about 4 years ago had a sunscreen made to attach to the aft  of the dodger and runs around the aft stay. We didn't want a bimini.  Use 1" stainless for the frame as aluminum is too flexible.  The stainless made a very durable and stable frame.We don't know how we every got along without our dodger.  When it rains it keeps the companionway dry and we find the sunscreen almost gives us an extra room.  Whatever the cost, it's well worth it.
