[Public-List] I'm Looking to buy Alberg 30!

It might also be the case that the Americans need to sell their boats
more quickly than the Canadians do, and consequently ask less. I'm also
under the impression that many Canadians can be pretty sneaky about
avoiding the sales tax on their boat, so that might be as much of a
factor in prices as exchange rates are..
