[Public-List] Public-List Digest, Vol 3038, Issue 1

I too have a hatch installed from a previous owner.  It is a Tempress 13
x22 plastic hatch.  Yes I step on it (gently), yes it leaks a bit because
the dog(s) are broken.  Yes, it's fit for Chesapeake Bay cruising as I use
the boat. No, it's unfit for offshore work where it's EXPECTED to take
green water in the cockpit.
