I pulled my cutless bearing over the weekend. The project has turned into one of those "what have I done?" moments. I'm trying to replace the Buck Algonquin hose to the stuffing box. It would appear that the outer dimension of the stern tube and the stuffing box flange are 1 3/8" in outer diameter. The hose comes in 1.5" diameter. Is that right?
