From what I can feel, unlike the other bolts supporting the pump, this
one is imbedded in the fiberglass. I think this would be very
difficult if not impossible to replace even with the pump out of the
way.
I am curious if anyone knows/thinks that I am misreading how this bolt
is placed. And if so, what is a better way of understanding the
situation.

The Dremel tool or some such is another plausible solution to this
stubborn situation. David mentioned a photograph of the location of
said nut in question. I only know he can not get the nut to budge. I
suggested what he might do to get the nut off and salvage the bolt.
But if the bolt can be sacrificed, and easliy replaced after
disassembly, then more options come into play. What say you David?

bolt/stud/rod that the nut is threaded on, so if you apply that fix
often enough, you'll also have to replace said bolt/stud/rod (which
will inevitably turn out to be awkwardly situated, and seized in
something else for good measure)
